Deposits & Payments: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot and begin any project. The remaining balance is due upon project completion prior to final file delivery. Failure to complete payment may result in work being withheld.

Intellectual Property: All original content, designs, and materials created by Grace Avery Designs remain the intellectual property of Grace Avery Designs until full payment has been received. Upon receipt of final payment, agreed-upon usage rights are transferred to the client.

Photography: All photographs taken by Grace Avery Designs remain the property of Grace Avery Designs. Grace Avery Designs reserves the right to use any images for portfolio, website, and marketing purposes unless a written agreement stating otherwise has been signed by both parties.

Refunds: Due to the custom nature of our services, deposits are non-refundable. If a project is canceled after work has begun, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed to date.
